At Revenue Grid, I started as part of the design team working on a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales teams manage their pipeline and communication. Later, I became the sole designer of a new AI-powered product, where I built a scalable design system, led UX research and prototyping, mentored a junior designer, and shaped key AI assistant flows used daily by sales reps.

Napier AI
2019 - 2021
I joined Napier in March 2019 as the first Product Designer on the project. Initially, I focused on improving the platform using existing UI components without disrupting development, while auditing the product and laying the foundation for a scalable design system.
As the product grew, I took part in hiring the second designer and helped shape the design team. Together, we led a full redesign of the platform, rethinking the UX, UI, and overall product structure to improve core user flows and the overall product experience.
